This page sets out the rules that govern what we publish, how we publish it, and what we do when we get something wrong. It applies to every page on ansvya.com.
Editorial independence
Editorial decisions at Ansvya are made by our editorial team, not by our commercial team. No advertiser, affiliate partner, or operator has approval rights over what we publish about them. We do not accept payment for coverage, for higher placement on rankings, or for the removal of critical commentary. Operators are not given pre-publication review.
Where we earn commissions from operator partnerships, we disclose that fact on every page where it applies. Where we have any other relationship that a reasonable reader might want to know about, we disclose that too. The list of current commercial relationships is on our Advertising Disclosure page.
Sources and verification
We rely on first-hand testing, operator-published terms and conditions, state statutes and regulatory filings, and reputable secondary reporting. Where a claim is contested, we say so. Where we cannot verify something, we either omit it or note the limitation explicitly. We do not publish unsourced rumors about operator solvency, license status, or pending action.
Update cadence
Reviews are refreshed at minimum every 90 days, and immediately when there is a material change in an operator's terms, ownership, state availability, or promotional structure. State guides are reviewed quarterly and updated immediately on a confirmed change in state law or enforcement posture. Every review and state guide displays a visible "Last updated" date.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we correct it. Substantive corrections — anything affecting a score, a fact a reader might rely on, or a legal characterization — are flagged with a correction note at the bottom of the page, dated, and described. We do not silently edit factual errors out of history.
To request a correction, email editorial@leadvault.ae with the page URL and a description of the issue. We respond within five business days.
Right of reply
Operators we cover may request the addition of a brief response to material we publish about them. Where the response is factual and concise, we add it. We do not grant editing rights over the surrounding text, and we do not remove accurate reporting at an operator's request.
AI and authorship
Every piece on Ansvya is written and reviewed by a named human editor. We use AI tools to support research, transcribe testing notes, and check drafts for clarity. We do not publish AI-generated text without human editorial review and we do not present AI-generated text as the work of our named reviewers.
Reader complaints
If something on Ansvya feels wrong to you — factually, ethically, or otherwise — we want to hear about it. Email editorial@leadvault.ae. Complaints about platforms we cover are best sent to the platform's customer support or to the relevant state regulator; we are not a complaint-resolution service, but we do read what readers send us and it informs our coverage.
